How do I sign up for this event?
Click on the “Sign Up” tab – and choose the events you want to attend, then click on “My Cart” in the top right corner. You will be asked for your contact information, including a User Name which can be different than the Billing Name. User Names cannot be edited, so be sure to spell it right.
How can I login?
When you purchase a ticket, you will be sent an email directly from this website with an “auto-gen” password to use. You can save that password and copy/paste it to your login screen. We recommend you go directly to the Login page and click on the “Forgot Password” button to reset your password to something memorable. Some email programs are set to highly filter email from new sites, so please take a moment to open your email program and add “[email protected]” to your email contacts. You may have to search all your folders to find the email with the password reset link.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
The CA*US*E Event prices are clearly listed – you may choose to attend only the main conference, add the networking event the evening before or choose a breakout workshop. To attend the conference or the other events, add them to your cart, view your cart and then proceed to checkout. You will be directed to our payment processor to complete your purchase. Once your payment is complete, you will be signed up immediately.
After I pay for the conference, what next?
Upon payment processing, you will be sent an email with your login information. To access exclusive information, login to the website and click on “My Account” on the very top menu where all your events will be listed. To access one of them, simply click on the title.
I live outside the United States, can I attend the conference?
Yes, all certified or licensed nail technicians are welcome. Certain countries are eligible for online ticket purchase. If you find your purchase is not being accepted automatically, please contact us for personal service.
What if I forget my password?
Go to the Login link, and click on the “Forgot Password” link. The system will immediately send you an email with a link to reset your password. Your email program may filter your emails, so please open your email program and add “[email protected]” to your email contacts list. You may have to search all your folders if your filters are set high.
Do your courses offer continuing education credits?
Yes! Illinois CEs for each event will be clearly noted on the description of each presentation or workshop.
I’ve changed my mind…how do I get a refund?
Refunds are available in accordance with our policies on a prorated basis less a small processing fee. Please contact us directly for details.

How do I get help with the website?

This email address is monitored and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible during business hours—we do not promise 24 hour customer support. We can assist you by assuring you our systems are working properly and in accessing our site and content. You will need to make arrangements for your own computer, internet and router technical support.
