Where/When is this Event?

To be Announced – this website is being kept as a placeholder for future in-person events. 

Virtual classes/talks will be offered via Zoom Webinar. Please see the Program for offerings.

How do I sign up for this event?

Click on the “Sign Up” tab – and choose the events  you want to attend, then click on “My Cart” in the top right corner. You will be asked for your contact information, including a User Name which can be different than the Billing Name. User Names cannot be edited, so be sure to spell it right.

How can I login?

It’s not necessary to login to the website to navigate all the areas.

How much does it cost and how do I pay?

The CA*US*E Event prices are clearly listed.  To attend virtual classes,  add them to your cart, view your cart and then proceed to checkout. You will be directed to our payment processor to complete your purchase. Once your payment is complete, you will be signed up immediately.

What about the Workshops? 

In-person Workshops will be announced when they are possible,. 

After I pay for  a class, what next?

Upon payment processing, you will be sent an email and receipt. You will also be sent information on how to login to the virtual classes on Zoom.

I live outside the United States, can I attend the conference?

Yes, all certified or licensed nail technicians are welcome.  Certain countries are eligible for online ticket purchase. If you find your purchase is not being accepted automatically, please contact us for personal service.

What if I forget my password?

You do not need to login to an account on the website to attend virtual classes.

Do your courses offer continuing education credits?

Yes!  Illinois CE Hours are offered for most virtual classes and will be clearly noted on the description of each class or presentation.

I’ve changed my mind…how do I get a refund?

Refunds are available in accordance with our policies on a prorated basis less a small processing fee. Please contact us directly for details.

How do I get help with the website?

For technical problems, such as not being able to access something, email: [email protected]. This email address is monitored and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible during business hours—we do not promise 24 hour customer support. We can assist you by assuring you our systems are working properly and in accessing our site and content. You will need to make arrangements for your own computer, internet and router technical support.
