Table - $800 Includes 1, 6' table per space, skirt and 2 chairs. (Approx 120 sq feet is allocated for each exhibitor space) Additional spaces are available at $800 each.

Payment Information

Payments can be made by credit or debit card via PayPal. Electronic invoices will be sent to you for payment based on your requirements. We use PayPal as our payment processor. Exhibitor Information & Policies

Banners may be hung from front of table. All promotional banners, signs, pop-ups, etc. must fit within the space allocated. No display items may be placed on the walls or in the walk area in front of your table.
The Exhibitor fee must be paid in full along with this application in order to secure your table.
WiFi internet access is available throughout the vendor room.
General Liability Insurance is mandatory. Your Certificate of Insurance must be received by: June 30, 2020. If your Certificate of Insurance has not been received by June 30, 2020 an additional charge of $119.00 must be paid to secure your table.

3. Event Liability Insurance

We have partnered with Insurance4Exhibitors.com to provide liability insurance for this event. Click this link to complete your application and make payment for the required insurance – the total cost is $119 for the full 3-day event.   The forms are already pre-populated with our information for your convenience.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO COMPLETING YOUR INSURANCE APPLICATION: On THEIR REGISTRATION FORM, choose the item in “Partner Event List” and SKIP “Complete Events List”, then scroll down to complete your application.

You may use your own, insurance, of course, but you will be required to submit Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from your carrier for General Liability, Commercial, of at least $1M coverage. Please contact us for details of the coverage required.

4. Are you offering a workshop?

We have a limited number of workshop rooms available to our exhibitors.  The workshops can be 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours, allowing 10 minutes at the end of your workshop for clean-up/room reset.  Your workshop may be approved for Continuing Education Hours (Illinois nail techs must complete 10 hours by October this year).
